Michael McCoy


Mr. McCoy is a senior executive with a 25-year history of raising capital, taking companies public, and working as a CFO of venture funded companies. His depth of industry experience provides clients with an insider’s perspective of the issues facing companies during all stages of growth. Mr. McCoy is also Partner at Cordia Resources.

Carl Kumpf, CPA


Mr. Kumpf is a seasoned financial executive with industry experience in financial services, technology, and telecommunications. Having spent 30 years in public accounting, his areas of expertise include technical accounting, accounting operations, audit, and financial reporting, including SEC compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and liquidations.

Jeff Dauer, CPA

Senior Consultant

Mr. Dauer has 25 years of professional experience in public accounting, internal audit, and private and public company financial management roles. As a CAO and CFO, he has been responsible for SEC reporting, NASDAQ compliance, and SEC comment letters. Mr. Dauer has led the Sarbanes-Oxley implementation for 2 IPOs.

Janette D. Burke, CPA

Ms. Burke leads the Not-for-Profit accounting practice. She has 30 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, compliance, and tax supporting charitable organizations, trade associations, and NGOs. Ms. Burke advises on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition of grants, contracts, and contributions, implementation of new standards and best practices, as well as compliance, governance and fiduciary responsibilities and internal controls issues.

Joseph Greeves, CPA

Managing Partner, Cordia

Mr. Greeves is a co-founder of Cordia and has over 30+ years of experience as a CFO of publicly traded and venture-backed companies, after starting his career with Touché Ross. His accomplishments as a CFO, include leading two successful IPO’s along with multiple debt and equity financings, multiple acquisitions, five very successful shareholder exists and being named the NVTC public company CFO of the Year 2010. He is a serial entrepreneur, an active CPA and a member of the board of directors of several growth companies. As a Cordia Managing Partner, Mr. Greeves provides the overall leadership and management of Cordia’s Resources and Technical Accounting operations.

Dana Fisher

Business Development Partner

Ms. Fisher drives business development strategy and execution for all three companies: Cordia Resources, Cordia Partners, and Cordia Technical Accounting.  She is responsible for strategic partner referral management, business development, sales networking, coaching, pipeline management, event management, and strategic market planning and development. Ms. Fisher has over 25 years of business development, sales, and marketing experience in the accounting and legal industries. Dana provides superior business development and sales process acumen to ensure the continued successful growth of the firm.
